On average, a standard house exterior takes 2 to 4 hours to clean. The time required varies based on the size of your home, the amount of dirt and organic growth, and the condition of the exterior surfaces. 

Once our solution is dry it is safe for your pets to be around. However, we would kindly ask to keep your pets indoors while we complete your service.

No, our professional step-by-step process prioritizes the protection of your property. To make sure our specialized solution doesn't harm your plant life we saturate your plants with water before applying any solutions/ soaps, then we thoroughly rinse it after the service is complete. All of our solutions are water soluble and biodegradable.

Generally it is industry standard practice to use the customers water source (outdoor spigot). Oftentimes this is the better solution especially if you’re trying to minimize the costs.

Yes, we use professional-grade degreasers that are highly effective at breaking down heavy oil stains on concrete. Although older stains may not disappear entirely, our process can dramatically improve their appearance. This is because heat causes oil to soak deep into the concrete, making some staining permanent over time.

While it's possible to pressure wash your own home, achieving professional-quality results can be challenging. Using the wrong pressure, cleaning solutions or techniques can damage siding, concrete, wood, windows and other surfaces. Also handling pressure washing equipment and chemicals presents their own safety and insurance risks. Hiring a trained professional helps protect your property while ensuring a safe, thorough and effective cleaning.

In the event of rain, we still plan on completing the wash as usual. However in the event of thunderstorm or lightning then we will reschedule you to our next available day. Depending on the severity/ duration of the storm and also our schedule, we may be able to complete the wash later that day.

We do not require you to be home at the time of service. But please make sure your windows and doors are closed/locked and that the exterior water is turned on. Thank you.
